Ambreen is currently pursuing Ph.D. in Entrepreneurship Management from the PBS-UPM, Malaysia. She has completed her MBA from the Institute of Business Administration and B.S in Computer System Engineering from Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology. She has around 10 years of experience in the IT and Technology areas. She laid the foundation of her startup ASQIT. The vision of ASQIT is to transform the nation with meaning and purpose in their lives and help individuals to develop a growth mindset.
Ambreen inherited a passion for teaching from her mother and has been working as a volunteer at IBA Center for Entrepreneurial development for the past seven years. She is also teaching at KUBS, IIEE, SZABIST, and IoBM. She has taught in the MBA program at Kempten University and TU Berlin, Germany. She has also taught Entrepreneurship in various entrepreneurship programs i.e. women entrepreneurship, kids entrepreneurship, women technology entrepreneurship, and mother entrepreneurship.
Ambreen polished her entrepreneurship teaching and research skills by taking workshops in Germany, Malaysia, SP Jain Institute Dubai, and by presenting her research and case studies at IBA and LUMS, etc. She has written numerous case studies on women’s entrepreneurship which are being taught in various programs of CED. She has developed various modules on Life Skills, Women empowerment, Marketing, Online businesses, and Sales. She has done workshops on negotiations and bridging differences. She also uses the effectuation theory to find innovative solutions to managerial decision-making.
Very recently she designed new entrepreneurship modules for kids, teens, women, and mothers. The mother entrepreneurship program won a prestigious USASBE Excellence in Entrepreneurship Innovation and Pedagogy Award 2021 from United States Association for Small Business and Entrepreneurship (USASBE). She has also contributed to the rollout of the National Entrepreneurship program in Quetta, Hyderabad, Faisalabad, Lahore, and Gujranwala. Ambreen loves traveling and is passionate about helping the women to work for family-centered women entrepreneurship. She has trained and helped more than 1000 women across Pakistan.
Her mission is to promote a blended version of contemporary and indigenous education and training programs. She wants to contribute to the lives of people by helping them prepare themselves for a meaningful life with an entrepreneurial spirit and passion for service to others.
